New Books

Read Time:45 Second

Picked up four last weekend in Dallas, a book on the F8F Bearcat for reference at Hobby Town, and three at Half Price Books the next day after bringing in a box and a half of books and old DVDs.

The Lelyveld on FDR looked interested, and so far a reading really well.

I had heard that Andy Weir’s The Martian had even more escapes than the movie, so looking forward to that.

Had not heard of the Tim Powers book, but it looked like something I might be interested in, given that I’ve liked (or used to like) his oeuvre.

All three are first edition hardback with dust jacket, so made sense to pick them up, instead of getting on Kindle. I just added them to the library database in HanDBase and to my list of books to read in ToDoist. Except the F8F – already read that one.
