Aurorarama – Jean-Christophe Valtat

Read Time:29 Second

Imgres-1Well, if you're really interested in a steampunk novel about a "New Venice" in the polar north, this is the book for you.  Have to give points for originality, but hard, hard to follow, and the word play got tiresome after a while.  Yeah, I get that "poletics" is a play on politics at the pole, and that "Cub Clubbers" is the name of a band up north.  Just got old after a while when I could not discern a plot.  Good characters, though.
