New Books: Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo & The Battle of the Denmark Straits

Read Time:32 Second

2015-08-29 10.49.14Obviously I'm catching up on a series of purchases over the last few months.  This pair from King Hobby in Austin represented an upgrade to my existing Tokyo, as this copy of the 1943 classic has its original dust jacket.  The other book, about the fatal engagement between the German battleship Bismark and the British ships Hood and Prince of wales is a new one, but hopefully provides a great deal of detailed analysis of the engagement, in case I ever get interested in the subject.  I mean beyond looking at the Hood and thinking what a beautiful ship she was.
