The List of Seven – Mark Frost

Read Time:24 Second

51G8DutwvCL._SY346_I read this recently after taking in Frost's new "Twin Peaks" book.  It's a Victorian thriller involving Arthur Conan Doyle fighting Satanists before he came up with Sherlock Holmes, and involves meetings with other famous Victorian characters.  For me it started out on a false note and never really found its footing.  The situations got increasingly improbable, and while the writing was solid, the story just never really engaged me.
