I finished up my Minicraft Titanic recently, straining not to superdetail it with railings and rigging. In fact the only real changes I made were to correct the flags, with a slightly smaller US flag for the foremast, and replacing the kit's British flag at the stern with a Blue Ensign, which is what Titanic actually flew. It looks great in the display cabinet, and if I ever decide it would look better as a waterline – the lower low pops off easily.
The detailing was getting pretty tiring by the time I called it a day, and since this is supposed to be fun, I decided to declare it finished and move on to my next project, the 1/700 Arizona that's shown next to Titanic after its primer coat.
