Saturn V Launch Umbilical Tower (LUT) fueling piping

Read Time:28 Second

2018-12-01 18.03.42The various pipes needed to fuel the Saturn V ran up Side 2 of the LUT, attached to a frame, as shown in the photo at right of LUT #1 during construction (the foreground is LUT #2). LC39SAR_131-X3

I started working on adding this frame last week (closeup and full view shown), then finished this afternoon. I didn't intend to install all the Side 2 piping today, 2018-12-01 16.43.39but once you start adding it, it goes pretty quick.  There's more detail painting, of course, but the initial installation went very well. 2018-12-01 16.43.46
